This will be my first movie review posted online, sure we’ve all recommended movies to our friends, so in that spirit, can we be “cyber” friends? Even if just for the sake of this post.

This movie is a pretty good Sci-Fi flick that takes parts and bits from other great Sci-Fi movies. The first movie I thought of when I watched this film was Armageddon, and the second movie I thought of was Terminator. Oh!, and before I forget there’s a little bit of HALO (yes, the video game) in the movie plot. The plot has a mysterious Artificial Intelligence set on “driving” the moon into Earth, hoping to eliminate all humans and their originating source. See? Sounds a little familiar, but that is where the similarities end.

The movie’s star duo of Halle Berry and Patrick Wilson pulled in good performances and had an excellent dynamic synergy on-screen. Sprinkle in a little Michael Peña playing the stepfather to Patrick Wilson’s on-screen son, and you have some interesting dynamics. With that being said even though the movie is 2 hrs 10 mins long, some of the character development seemed a little rushed in the final product.

Overall I thought the movie to be enjoyable, the special effects were very good, and it was a fun ride, there is a little bit of mystery at the end where it seems open-ended for a second part, we shall see what happens on that front.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I in finding this matter to be really something which I think I might never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely wide for me. I am having a look
forward on your next publish, I’ll try to get the grasp of it!
